Delivery

Delivery is carried out by the Fan Courier company for Romania, Sameday company for Bulgaria and Hungary and DHL for all other countries.
All products sold on www.dianmardecor.com are in stock and can be delivered within approximately 1-8 business days from the order placement, depending on the country.

As soon as the AWB (tracking number) is generated, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can track your order in real time until it arrives.
Please note that any delays caused by the courier company cannot be attributed to Dianmar Decor SRL.

Return
You have 30 days to return the product, provided it is in perfect condition, free from any signs of use, and carefully packed in its original packaging. This way, we ensure you a simple and hassle-free experience!

* Payment by bank transfer must be completed within a maximum of 5 business days from the order placement. Otherwise, the order will be automatically canceled.

• The product is machine washable
• Do not dry clean
• You can wash it in the machine at 30-40 degrees with delicate washing programs.
• Do not use ultra-strong chemicals such as degreaser, softener, high-dose bleach or bleach for cleaning the product.
• Do not dry the product in the dryer for a longer life.

Safety and warnings

⚠ For babies and young children, ensure the product is securely positioned on the floor surface – risk of tripping or slipping.
⚠ Keep packaging out of reach of babies and children – risk of suffocation.
⚠ Keep away from open flames and direct heat sources.
✔ Check the condition of the carpet periodically. If the edges or base seams are damaged or frayed, repair the product or stop using it.

Use

✔ Spread the carpet on a flat, clean, and dry surface.
✔ The use of an anti-slip underlay is recommended if the floor surface is highly polished or slippery.
✔ On first use, leave the carpet unrolled to eliminate transport creases and air it to dissipate the new-product smell.

Care and maintenance

✔ Vacuum periodically to remove dust and dirt.
✔ In case of stains, clean immediately with a damp cloth and mild detergent without rubbing aggressively.
⚠ Do not use bleach or corrosive chemical agents.
✔ Follow the specific cleaning instructions on the product's textile label.

Packaging and disposal

✔ Recyclable packaging where applicable.
⚠ Remove plastic films and securing bands from the packaging before letting a child near the product – risk of suffocation.
✔ Dispose of the product and packaging according to local regulations.
