By accessing and using this site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted the terms and conditions presented hereinafter.

OBJECT AND PURPOSE OF THE SITE

www.dianmardecor.com is an online platform dedicated to the sale of home textile products, such as bed linens, bedspreads, pillows, duvets, towels, robes, waterproof mattress protectors, fitted sheets, and other similar items.

The activity is authorized under CAEN code 4751 - Retail sale of textiles.

CONDITIONS OF ACCESS AND USE

Access to the site and browsing are free of charge. To place an order, the provision of correct and up-to-date personal data is required.

The User is responsible for ensuring the internet connection and the devices necessary to access the site. Dianmar Decor SRL is not liable for technical problems arising due to third-party providers or personal equipment.

Eligibility:

• to be at least 18 years old or to have full legal capacity in accordance with applicable legislation;
• to expressly accept the terms and conditions presented on this site;

Customer Account Suspension

Dianmar Decor SRL reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend access to a customer's account in the following situations:

• repeated refusals to receive placed orders, without prior notice, which generate damages or additional costs for the company;
• abusive behavior or failure to comply with the obligations assumed through the site's Terms and Conditions;
• other serious actions that violate the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and harm the legitimate interests of the Company or its partners.

The suspension will be applied following an analysis of the situation, in a manner proportionate to the customer's behavior and, whenever possible, after prior notification through the available means of communication (email, phone).

The Company will not be liable, within the limits provided by law, for any inconvenience caused by the suspension of access. Customers whose accounts have been suspended may contact customer support for clarifications or remedies.

This measure is intended to protect the integrity of the services offered and the proper functioning of the sales process.

PRODUCTS AND ORDERS

www.dianmardecor.com offers for sale home& decor products, as well as textile products, such as bed linens, bedspreads, pillows, duvets, towels, robes, and other similar items, but not limited to this category. Information regarding the products available for purchase, the services offered, as well as the validity period of the offers, is communicated to users clearly and transparently, within the limits of available stock.

The Company reserves the right to limit the purchase of certain products at a given time. We also do not guarantee the constant availability of all products listed on the site and reserve the right to discontinue the sale of any product without notice.

The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or remove the content available on the Site at any time, without requesting prior consent from users. If the changes made are not accepted, users have the right to request the deletion of their user account at any time.

We ensure that we provide all the necessary and correct information for the description of the goods and/or services available for sale on the site: static/dynamic images, media presentations, materials, instructions for use/washing, dimensions, etc. The goods and/or services sold are those mentioned in the title and/or description present on the product page.

The images are for illustrative purposes; shades may vary in reality due to the individual settings of your phone or monitor. The Company is not liable for possible color differences between what appears on your monitor and the product itself.

Information about orders

Orders can be placed online, on the website www.dianmardecor.com, by any User who holds an active account and who has provided all the information necessary for billing and delivery.

To place orders on the website www.dianmardecor.com, the creation of a user account is required by providing a valid email address and setting a password. Upon registration, it is not permitted to use an email address already associated with another existing account on the site, or information that may cause confusion, mislead regarding the user's identity, infringe intellectual property rights or other legal rights of third parties, or that may be considered offensive, obscene, or inappropriate.

Transferring your password and username (the email address with which you registered), or lending and/or otherwise transferring your use of or access to the website www.dianmardecor.com to a third party, is prohibited. The account holder is solely responsible for all interactions with the Site as a user.

There is no minimum or maximum value limit for orders placed on the site. Users may purchase any product available in stock, regardless of the total value of the order.

For each product, the available quantity that can be purchased is specified. Ordering is possible only within the limit of the quantity displayed on the product page, beneath its name.

After placing the order, the customer will receive a confirmation at the email address provided. In certain unforeseen situations, such as product damage, stock update error, or logistical issues, the placed order may become impossible to fulfill.

In the event that the ordered product can no longer be delivered, even if it appeared as available on the site at the time the order was placed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and will be able to choose one of the following options:

• replacement of the product with a similar one, depending on stock availability,
• cancellation of the order and full refund of the amount paid.

In the event that the customer opts to cancel the order, and the unavailability of the product is not attributable to them, they will automatically benefit from a virtual credit or gift card worth 5% of the price of the cancelled product. This credit will be allocated to their customer account on the site and may be used for a future purchase.

Dianmar Decor SRL reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or restrict any order that appears suspicious or contravenes these regulations, after sending a prior notification, without any subsequent obligation between the parties and without either party being able to claim damages, in any of the following situations:

• The transaction was declined by the issuing bank of the card used for payment;
• The payment processor does not validate the transaction;
• The information entered by the User is incorrect, incomplete, and appears to be misleading;
• Placing multiple orders and repeatedly refusing to receive them;
• The delivery address is not within the delivery area covered by the courier companies we work with;
• Reasonable suspicions of fraud – the order appears to be made for fraudulent purposes or by fraudulent means;
• Other justified reasons that prevent the fulfillment of the order.

The User ensures that all information provided, necessary for the purchase of goods from the site, is correct and complete. Dianmar Decor S.R.L. will not be liable for any errors or delays caused by the transmission of incorrect or incomplete data.

Completing the order implies the express and unequivocal acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as the associated Policies (Privacy Policy, Return Policy, etc.).

Although we have implemented technical and organizational measures intended to protect the security of transactions and data transmitted on the site, we cannot fully guarantee the prevention of unauthorized access by third parties. In the event that such situations occur and are not directly caused by our actions, the company cannot be held responsible for the consequences generated.

PRICES AND PROMOTIONS

All prices displayed on the site are expressed in RON and include VAT. Depending on the country from which the site is accessed, prices may also be automatically displayed in the user's local currency, for a more relevant browsing experience. The User also has the option to manually select the preferred currency from the dedicated menu located in the upper right corner of the main page.

The price reductions displayed on the website www.dianmardecor.com are calculated by reference to the lowest price practiced for the same product in the 30 days prior to the application of the reduction, in accordance with the provisions of Government Ordinance no. 99/2000 on the marketing of market products and services, as subsequently amended and supplemented, and of Law no. 363/2007 on combating unfair commercial practices in the relationship with consumers.

In the case of time-limited promotions (e.g., flash campaigns, special offers, or seasonal reductions), the duration of the promotion is displayed clearly and visibly on the site. Promotional prices are valid strictly within the specified interval and within the limit of available stock.

For stock clearances, the products included in the campaign are marked accordingly and are available until stocks are exhausted. Clearance reductions may be applied regardless of the previous price history but will be clearly labeled as such.

In the case of personalized promotions (e.g., individually offered discount codes, reductions for newsletter subscribers or loyal customers), these are valid under the conditions and the period specified in the regulations of each campaign and are not cumulative with other ongoing promotions, except in cases where the contrary is expressly stated.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

Payment

All products displayed have their prices expressed in RON, but also in other currencies, depending on the User's location and preference, and the prices include VAT. The currency can be selected from the menu located in the upper right part of the site's main page.

VAT is calculated according to the legal value applicable on the date the order is placed and is included in the final price of the products and/or services offered.

The prices displayed on the site do not include costs for delivery or other additional services; these costs will be calculated separately and communicated during the order completion process.

Payment for products purchased from the website www.dianmardecor.com can be made using the following methods, through the payment processor NETOPIA Payments:

1. Online payment by bank card. Cards issued under the Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro logos, and other cards compatible with online payments are accepted. Transactions are processed securely, through the NETOPIA Payments platform. Dianmar Decor SRL does not request and does not store details about users' cards. The data is processed exclusively by NETOPIA, in accordance with the international PCI DSS security regulations.
2. Payment via Google Pay / Apple Pay. Depending on the device used and its compatibility with the respective services, you can opt for fast and secure payment using Google Pay or Apple Pay, if these are available among the NETOPIA options.
3. Payment by bank transfer (payment order). In certain cases, you may request to make the payment by bank transfer. The order will be processed after confirmation of receipt of the amount in our account. The information necessary to make the transfer will be sent by email after the order is placed. Payment by bank transfer must be completed within a maximum of 5 working days from placing the order. Otherwise, the order will be automatically cancelled.
4. Cash on delivery for orders delivered within Romania. Depending on the delivery options available in the customer's area, payment in cash upon delivery, directly to the courier, may also be accepted. If this method is chosen, an additional cash-on-delivery processing fee may apply, displayed transparently in the shopping cart before completing the order.
5. Card payment at the delivery point (Fan Box locker) for orders delivered within Romania. For orders delivered via lockers (Fan Box), you can pay by card directly upon pickup, through the locker's POS terminal. Payment is made contactless (card, phone, or smartwatch) or by inserting the card; cash is not accepted.

Delivery

Products ordered on www.dianmardecor.com are delivered via partner courier companies, depending on the destination: Fan Courier (Romania), Sameday (Bulgaria, Hungary), DHL or DPD (other countries). The estimated delivery times are:

• 1–5 working days for Romania
• 1–5 working days for Bulgaria and Hungary
• 1–8 working days for other international destinations

Delivery is made only for products that are in stock. For personalized or pre-order products, the deadline is communicated individually.

Delivery costs differ depending on the geographical zone and are displayed transparently in the shopping cart before completing the order. For more details regarding shipping rates, exact deadlines, and covered areas, please consult the "Shipping Policy".

In the event of product unavailability, the customer will be notified, and the corresponding amount will be refunded according to the payment method used.

RETURN POLICY

S.C. Dianmar Decor S.R.L. is committed to offering superior quality products. Before placing an order, we recommend that you carefully consult all the product information and images to ensure that it meets your requirements. For any questions, you can contact us by email or phone, the details being available on the site.

S.C. Dianmar Decor S.R.L. is not responsible for defects caused by improper use or incorrect maintenance of the products. The products include recommendations for keeping them in optimal condition and for a long period of use.

The customer has the right to return the purchased products free of charge within 30 calendar days from the physical receipt of the order, in accordance with the applicable legislation of Romania and the European Union on consumer rights.

The return is made under the conditions detailed in the "Return Policy" section of the site.

WARRANTY

All products sold by S.C. Dianmar Decor S.R.L. are new, sourced from authorized suppliers, and benefit from a legal warranty in accordance with the legislation in force in Romania and the European Union.

We guarantee the conformity of the products with the description and characteristics presented, excluding normal wear that occurs under conditions of correct use, which does not constitute a defect that can be claimed under the warranty.

The warranty covers only conformity defects that occur within the legal term, provided that the instructions for use and maintenance specified for each product are observed.

No warranty is granted for damage caused by: normal physical wear, external factors (exposure to sun, humidity, extreme temperatures), accidents, improper storage, improper use, unauthorized interventions, or the use of products and methods unsuitable for cleaning.

To grant the warranty, it is necessary to present the fiscal invoice and the product's accessories, and the product must be returned in appropriate condition.

Textile items must be washed and maintained according to the instructions on the label. The use of chlorine-based bleaches and drying near direct heat sources is prohibited.

This warranty is granted in accordance with the provisions of:

• Law no. 449/2003 on the sale of products and the warranty for conformity;
• Government Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals at a distance or off-premises;
• Regulation (EU) 2019/771 on certain aspects concerning contracts for the sale of goods in the European Union

All consumer rights are guaranteed and protected in accordance with these regulations.

Intellectual Property

The entire content of this site, including texts, images, graphics, and multimedia elements, is the exclusive property of S.C. Dianmar Decor S.R.L. The content was legally created or acquired by the company and is made available to users solely for informational purposes and for placing orders.

The images used on the site are either provided by the manufacturers of the products sold or acquired through legal licenses from third parties, and some of them are the exclusive property of S.C. Dianmar Decor S.R.L., being produced at the company's request and paid for in full by it.
