Delivery
Delivery is carried out by the Sameday company for Bulgaria and Hungary and DHL for all other countries.
All products sold on www.dianmardecor.com are in stock and can be delivered within approximately 1-8 business days from the order placement, depending on the country.

As soon as the AWB (tracking number) is generated, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can track your order in real time until it arrives.
Please note that any delays caused by the courier company cannot be attributed to Dianmar Decor SRL.

Return
You have 30 days to return the product, provided it is in perfect condition, free from any signs of use, and carefully packed in its original packaging. This way, we ensure you a simple and hassle-free experience!

Intended use

Waterproof, hypoallergenic and antibacterial mattress protector, intended for indoor domestic use. Designed to fit over the mattress with elasticated corners, protecting it against liquids, stains, and dust mites.
⚠ Not a toy. Does not replace adult supervision.

Safety and warnings

⚠ Make sure the protector size matches the mattress size; an ill-fitting protector may come loose during sleep.
⚠ For babies and young children, use the protector fully stretched, with no folds or loose sections - risk of face covering/suffocation.
⚠ Always cover the protector with a fitted sheet; the waterproof layer should not be in direct, prolonged contact with a baby's face.
⚠ Keep away from open flames and direct heat sources.
✔ Check the condition of the protector periodically. If the elastic has slackened or the waterproof layer is damaged, stop using it.

Use

✔ Place the protector over the mattress and fit the elasticated corners.
✔ Stretch the surface fully to remove any folds, then cover with a fitted sheet.
✔ On first use, air the product to dissipate the new-product smell.

Care and maintenance

✔ Follow the product label.
✔ Wash before first use.
⚠ Do not use bleach or aggressive cleaning agents.
⚠ Do not iron the waterproof layer.
✔ Dry completely after washing; avoid prolonged dampness to protect the waterproof membrane.

Packaging and disposal

✔ Recyclable packaging where applicable.
⚠ Remove plastic films from the packaging before letting a child near the product - risk of suffocation.
✔ Dispose of the product and packaging according to local regulations.
