Delivery is carried out by the Sameday company for Bulgaria and Hungary and DHL for all other countries.
All products sold on www.dianmardecor.com are in stock and can be delivered within approximately 1-8 business days from the order placement, depending on the country.

As soon as the AWB (tracking number) is generated, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can track your order in real time until it arrives.

Return
You have 30 days to return the product, provided it is in perfect condition, free from any signs of use, and carefully packed in its original packaging. This way, we ensure you a simple and hassle-free experience!

* Payment by bank transfer must be completed within a maximum of 5 business days from the order placement. Otherwise, the order will be automatically canceled.

Intended use

⚠ Not a toy. Does not replace adult supervision.

Safety and warnings

⚠ Keep away from open flames and direct heat sources (candles, hobs, hot tableware).
⚠ Keep the tassels out of reach of babies and pets- risk of entanglement or of pulling objects off the table.
✔ Check the condition of the product periodically. If the tassels or seams have come undone, repair the product before reuse or stop using it.

Use

✔ Lay the textile flat on the table surface.
✔ On first use, air the product to dissipate the new-product smell.
⚠ Initial shedding on natural materials is normal and decreases over time.

Care and maintenance

✔ Follow the product label.
✔ Wash before first use.
✔ Wash separately for the first few washes to avoid colour transfer.
✔ Dry completely after washing; avoid prolonged dampness.

Packaging and disposal

✔ Recyclable packaging where applicable.
⚠ Remove plastic films from the packaging before letting a child near the product - risk of suffocation.
✔ Dispose of the product and packaging according to local regulations.
