2. Campaign Duration
The Campaign runs from:
26 August 2026, 08:00 until 2 September 2026, 08:00, Romanian time.
The reduced prices are available only during the Campaign period, subject to product and stock availability.
3. Campaign Territory
The Campaign applies exclusively to purchases made on:
The Campaign is available to customers in Romania and internationally, subject to the delivery availability, restrictions and shipping conditions displayed on the website.
4. Eligible Participants
The Campaign is available to all customers, natural persons and legal entities, who place an order on www.dianmardecor.com during the Campaign period and comply with these Official Rules.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse participation in cases of proven fraud, abuse, attempted manipulation or attempts to circumvent the Campaign mechanism.
5. Campaign Collections and Eligible Products
The Campaign applies exclusively to selected products included in one of the following SALE collections available on www.dianmardecor.com:

SALE - Kitchen and Dining
Only products expressly included in these SALE collections and displaying a reduced selling price during the Campaign period are eligible for the Campaign.
The Campaign does not apply sitewide.
Products outside the above SALE collections are not included in the Campaign unless expressly indicated otherwise on the website.
The price reduction may differ from one product to another.
For each eligible product, the website displays the previous price as a crossed-out price and the new reduced price.
No uniform discount percentage applies to all products included in the Campaign.
6. Campaign Mechanism
No promotional code, voucher or coupon is required to benefit from the Campaign.
The reduced price is automatically applied to each eligible product included in the Campaign.
For every eligible product, www.dianmardecor.com displays:

the previous price, shown as a crossed-out price;

the new reduced price, representing the price payable by the customer during the Campaign.
The previous price represents the lowest price applied by the Organizer to the respective product during the 30-day period preceding the application of the price reduction, in accordance with applicable legislation.
For products that have been available for sale for less than 30 days, the previous price shall be established and displayed in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
The reduced price may vary from product to product.
The reduced price displayed on the relevant product page at the time the order is placed is the price applicable to that purchase, subject to these Official Rules.
7. Combination with Other Discounts and Promotions
Unless expressly stated otherwise on the website, Campaign prices cannot be combined with other promotional codes, discount vouchers, coupons or other offers that require the use of a promotional code.
Where another discount, benefit or promotion may be combined with a Campaign price, this will be expressly indicated on www.dianmardecor.com or during the checkout process.
If the checkout system allows only one promotional code per order, the customer may use only one such code.
8. Stock and Product Availability
The Campaign is valid within the limits of available stock.
Certain products or product variants may become unavailable during the Campaign.

The Organizer may update the selection of products included in the SALE collections during the Campaign, depending on stock and commercial availability, in compliance with applicable legislation.
Products included in the Campaign are available only while stocks last.
9. Prices, Currency and Payment
All prices displayed on www.dianmardecor.com are final retail prices and include VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.
For Campaign products, the website displays:

The previous price is determined in accordance with the applicable rules governing price reduction announcements.
The applicable currency is the currency displayed on the website and at checkout.
Available payment methods are those displayed on www.dianmardecor.com at the time the order is placed.
The customer will pay the price displayed and confirmed in the order summary at checkout.
10. Delivery and Shipping
Orders placed during the Campaign are delivered according to the delivery methods, availability and conditions displayed on www.dianmardecor.com.
Shipping costs, where applicable, are displayed during the checkout process.
Shipping is free for orders exceeding 250 RON, subject to the delivery terms and conditions displayed on the website.
For orders below 250 RON, shipping costs apply according to the rates displayed on the website and during checkout.
Delivery availability may differ depending on destination, product characteristics, dimensions, weight and courier restrictions.
11. FANbox Delivery
For eligible orders and products, customers may have the option to choose delivery to a FANbox locker.
FANbox delivery availability depends on several factors, including:

destination;

courier eligibility;

available FANbox locker capacity;

technical availability of the delivery option at checkout.
Where FANbox delivery is available, the customer may select the desired FANbox according to the instructions and options displayed on www.dianmardecor.com during the checkout process.
Not all products and orders are eligible for FANbox delivery.

12. Order Confirmation
An order is considered successfully placed only after the customer completes the checkout process and receives an order confirmation from the Organizer.
Adding a product to the shopping cart does not reserve the product and does not guarantee its availability.
The Organizer may contact the customer if additional information is required to process or deliver the order.
13. Returns, Withdrawal and Refunds
Returns and withdrawal rights are governed by the Organizer’s Return Policy and by applicable Romanian and European Union consumer protection legislation concerning distance contracts.
The applicable Return Policy is available on www.dianmardecor.com.
Where a Campaign product is returned and a refund is due, the refund will be calculated based on the amount actually paid by the customer for the returned product.
The previous crossed-out price does not represent the refundable amount.
Any shipping costs, return costs or other charges are handled in accordance with the Organizer’s Return Policy and applicable legislation.
14. Data Protection
Personal data processed in connection with the Campaign is handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and with the Organizer’s Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions available on www.dianmardecor.com.

Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits any rights granted to consumers by mandatory applicable legislation.

The Organizer makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices, images, dimensions, materials, colors and other information displayed on www.dianmardecor.com are accurate.
Minor differences may occur between product images and actual products, including differences caused by screen settings, lighting, photography or natural variations in materials.
Such differences do not affect the consumer’s statutory rights.
17. Modification, Suspension or Termination of the Campaign
The Organizer reserves the right to modify these Official Rules or, where objectively necessary, to suspend or terminate the Campaign.
Any modification, suspension or termination will be communicated through www.dianmardecor.com.
Any such change will not affect rights already acquired by customers in relation to orders confirmed before the relevant modification takes effect.
18. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These Official Rules and the Campaign are governed by Romanian law.
Any disputes arising in connection with the Campaign will be resolved amicably whenever possible.
Where an amicable settlement cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent authorities or courts in accordance with applicable legislation.
Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights or remedies available to consumers under Romanian or European Union law.
19. Availability of the Official Rules
These Official Rules are available free of charge on www.dianmardecor.com throughout the Campaign period.
By placing an order for a product included in the Campaign, customers acknowledge that the purchase is subject to these Official Rules, together with the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Return Policy and other applicable policies published on www.dianmardecor.com.
