Delivery
Delivery is carried out by the Sameday company for Bulgaria and Hungary and DHL for all other countries.
All products sold on www.dianmardecor.com are in stock and can be delivered within approximately 1-8 business days from the order placement, depending on the country.

As soon as the AWB (tracking number) is generated, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can track your order in real time until it arrives.
Please note that any delays caused by the courier company cannot be attributed to Dianmar Decor SRL.

Return
You have 30 days to return the product, provided it is in perfect condition, free from any signs of use, and carefully packed in its original packaging. This way, we ensure you a simple and hassle-free experience!

* Payment by bank transfer must be completed within a maximum of 5 business days from the order placement. Otherwise, the order will be automatically canceled.

• ✔ Before cleaning the product, please unplug it.
• ✔ Wipe the product body and glass shade with a slightly damp cloth.
• ✔ Clean the socket with a dry cloth.

Maintenance and cleaning

✔ Clean the melamine surface with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth.
✔ Clean the metal frame with a soft cloth and wipe off moisture immediately.
⚠ Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or rough sponges.
✔ Avoid prolonged contact with water/humidity and wipe spills immediately.
✔ Keep away from direct heat sources and strong sunlight.

Packaging and disposal

✔ Keep packaging materials and small assembly parts (screws, wall plugs) away from children.
✔ Dispose of packaging according to local recycling regulations.

✔ Made of melamine-coated particle board and a metal frame – avoid exposure to high humidity to maintain appearance and durability over time.
