Delivery

Delivery is carried out by DPD for packages under 30 kg and EUROEXPRESS for packages above 30 kg.
This product sold on www.dianmardecor.com is in the supplier’s stock and will be delivered from Italy within approximately 1–8 business days from the order placement for packages delivered by DPD and up to 15 days for packages delivered by EUROEXPRESS.
As soon as the AWB (tracking number) is generated, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can track your order in real time until it arrives.
Please note that any delays caused by the courier company cannot be attributed to Dianmar Decor SRL.

Return

You have 30 days to return the product, provided it is in perfect condition, free from any signs of use, and carefully packed in its original packaging. The return will be collected by Sameday or Fan Courier, and you will receive all return instructions and details by email.
This way, we ensure you a simple and hassle-free experience!
