There is no minimum or maximum order value on the site. Users may purchase any product available in stock, regardless of the total order value.

After placing an order, the customer will receive a confirmation email at the provided address. In unforeseen situations such as product damage, stock update errors, or logistical issues, the placed order may become impossible to fulfill and the customer will be notified.
If the ordered product cannot be delivered, even though it was shown as available on the site at the time of order placement, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and may choose one of the following options:
· replacement of the product with a similar one, depending on stock availability;
· cancellation of the order and full refund of the amount paid.
If the customer opts for order cancellation and the unavailability of the product is not attributable to them, they will automatically receive a virtual credit or gift card equal to 5% of the canceled product’s price. This credit will be allocated to their customer account on the site and may be used for a future purchase.
Dianmar Decor S.R.L. reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or restrict any order that appears suspicious or violates these terms, after prior notification, without any further obligation between parties and without either party being entitled to claim damages, in any of the following situations:
· The transaction was declined by the card issuer bank;
· The payment processor does not validate the transaction;
· The information entered by the User is incorrect, incomplete, or appears misleading;
· Multiple orders placed and repeated refusal to accept delivery;
· The delivery address is outside the coverage area of courier companies we collaborate with;
· Reasonable suspicion of fraud – the order appears to be placed fraudulently or by fraudulent means;
· Other justified reasons preventing order fulfillment.
The User ensures that all information provided necessary for purchasing goods from the site is correct and complete. Dianmar Decor S.R.L. shall not be held responsible for any errors or delays caused by providing incorrect or incomplete data.
Completing the order implies express and unequivocal acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as associated Policies (Privacy Policy, Return Policy, etc.).

In the event such situations occur and are not directly caused by our actions, the Company shall not be held responsible for the resulting consequences.
PRICES AND PROMOTIONS
All prices displayed on the site are expressed in RON and include VAT. Depending on the country from which the site is accessed, prices may also be automatically displayed in the user’s local currency to provide a more relevant browsing experience. Users also have the option to manually select their preferred currency from the dedicated menu located in the upper right corner of the homepage.
Price reductions displayed on www.dianmardecor.com are calculated relative to the lowest price applied for the same product in the 30 days prior to applying the discount, in accordance with the provisions of Government Ordinance no. 99/2000 on the marketing of market products and services, with subsequent amendments, and Law no. 363/2007 on combating unfair commercial practices towards consumers.
For limited-time promotions (e.g., flash sales, special offers, or seasonal discounts), the promotion duration is clearly and visibly displayed on the site. Promotional prices are valid strictly within the specified interval and while stocks last.
For stock clearance sales, products included in the campaign are properly marked and available until stock depletion. Clearance discounts may be applied regardless of previous price history but will be clearly labeled as such.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
Payment
All products displayed have prices expressed in RON, as well as in other currencies depending on the User’s location and preference, and prices include VAT. The currency can be selected from the menu located at the top right corner of the website’s main page.
VAT is calculated according to the legal rate applicable on the order date and is included in the final price of the products and/or services offered.
The prices displayed on the site do not include delivery costs or other additional services; these costs will be calculated separately and communicated during the order checkout process.

1. Online payment by bank card
Cards issued under Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, and other cards compatible with online payments are accepted. Transactions are securely processed via the NETOPIA Payments platform. Dianmar Decor SRL neither requests nor stores user card details. Data are processed exclusively by NETOPIA, in accordance with the international PCI DSS security regulations.
2. Payment via Google Pay / Apple Pay
Depending on your device and its compatibility with these services, you may choose to pay quickly and securely using Google Pay or Apple Pay, if these options are available through NETOPIA.
3. Payment by bank transfer (wire transfer)
In certain cases, you may request payment by bank transfer. The order will be processed only after the amount is confirmed received in our account. The necessary details for the transfer will be sent via email after placing the order.
Delivery
Products ordered on www.dianmardecor.com are delivered through partner courier companies depending on the destination: Fan Courier (Romania), Sameday (Bulgaria, Hungary), DHL (other countries). Estimated delivery times are:

· 1–5 business days for Bulgaria and Hungary
· 1–8 business days for other international destinations
Delivery is made only for products in stock. For customized or pre-order products, the delivery time will be communicated individually.

In case of product unavailability, the customer will be notified, and the amount paid will be refunded according to the payment method used.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN POLICY
S.C. Dianmar Decor S.R.L. is committed to providing products of superior quality. S.C. Dianmar Decor S.R.L. shall not be held liable for defects resulting from improper use or incorrect maintenance of the products. The products include recommendations for optimal preservation and long-term use.
The customer has the right to return the purchased products within 30 calendar days from the physical receipt of the order, in accordance with the applicable Romanian and European Union consumer rights legislation.
Returns must be made under the conditions detailed in the “Return Policy” section of the website. The costs associated with the return shipment shall be borne by the customer and are equivalent to the initial delivery costs, as specified in the “Delivery Policy” section.
WARRANTY
All products sold by S.C. Dianmar Decor S.R.L. are new, sourced from authorized suppliers, and benefit from a 24-month statutory warranty in accordance with the applicable legislation in Romania and the European Union, specifically Regulation (EU) 2019/771 on certain aspects concerning contracts for the sale of goods in the European Union.
We guarantee the conformity of the products with the description and characteristics presented, excluding normal wear and tear arising from proper use, which does not constitute a defect covered by the warranty.
The warranty covers only conformity defects that occur within the legal period, provided that the usage and maintenance instructions specified for each product are respected.
No warranty is granted for damages caused by: normal physical wear, external factors (exposure to sunlight, humidity, extreme temperatures), accidents, improper storage, improper use, unauthorized interventions, or the use of unsuitable products and methods for cleaning.
To benefit from the warranty, presentation of the invoice and the product accessories is required, and the product must be returned in proper condition.
Textile items must be washed and maintained according to the instructions on the label. The use of chlorine-based bleaches and drying near direct heat sources is prohibited.
This warranty is granted in accordance with the provisions of:
· Law no. 449/2003 on the sale of goods and warranty for conformity;
· Government Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights regarding contracts concluded with professionals at a distance or outside business premises;
· Regulation (EU) 2019/771 on certain aspects concerning contracts for the sale of goods in the European Union.
All consumer rights are guaranteed and protected under these regulations.
