Delivery

Delivery is carried out by DPD for packages under 30 kg and EUROEXPRESS for packages above 30 kg.
This product sold on www.dianmardecor.com is in the supplier’s stock and will be delivered from Italy within approximately 1 - 8 business days from the order placement for packages delivered by DPD and up to 15 days for packages delivered by EUROEXPRESS.

As soon as the AWB (tracking number) is generated, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can track your order in real time until it arrives.
Please note that any delays caused by the courier company cannot be attributed to Dianmar Decor SRL.

Return

You have 30 days to return the product, provided it is in perfect condition, free from any signs of use, and carefully packed in its original packaging. The return will be collected by Sameday or Fan Courier, and you will receive all return instructions and details by email.

⚠ Open only one drawer at a time and close the drawers after use.
⚠ Do not allow children to climb, hang or stand inside the drawers.
⚠ Keep fingers clear when opening or closing the drawers.
⚠ Do not overload the drawers or use them as support points.
⚠ Do not sit or stand on the console.
⚠ Do not apply excessive or uneven weight.

Use

✔ Distribute objects evenly across the console surface and inside the drawers.
✔ Store heavier objects in the lower section, where possible.
⚠ Do not move the product while objects remain on it or inside its drawers.
⚠ Do not push or drag the console forcefully.
✔ Lift the product by supporting the lower frame, preferably with the help of another person.
⚠ Do not carry the console by holding its drawers or handles.
⚠ Do not modify the structure or fasteners.

Care and maintenance

✔ Clean the wood and MDF using a soft, dry or very slightly damp cloth.
✔ Clean the iron using a soft cloth and dry the surface immediately.
⚠ Do not allow water to enter the joints or MDF components.
⚠ Do not use abrasive sponges, metal brushes, bleach or solvents.
✔ Check the structure, drawers and fasteners periodically.
⚠ Avoid exposure to moisture, direct sunlight and heat sources.

Packaging and disposal

✔ Dispose of the packaging separately according to local regulations.
⚠ Keep packaging materials and small components out of the reach of children.
✔ Dispose of the product according to regulations applicable to furniture, wood, MDF and iron.
