- Duration
The Campaign runs from 01 April 2026, 10:30 (Romanian time), until 15 April 2026, 18:00 (Romanian time).
- Campaign Territory
The Campaign applies exclusively to purchases made on www.dianmardecor.com.
The Campaign is available to customers in Romania and internationally, subject to delivery availability and the shipping terms displayed on the website.
- Eligible Participants
The Campaign is available to all customers, including individuals and companies, who access the website and place an order on www.dianmardecor.com during the Campaign period, in accordance with these Official Rules.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse participation in cases of proven fraud, abuse, or attempts to circumvent the Campaign.
- Eligible Products
The Campaign applies exclusively to selected bed linen products included in the “Spring Picks – On Sale / Prețuri reduse de primăvară la lenjerii de pat” campaign selection during the Campaign period.
The Campaign does not apply to products outside this selection.
- Campaign Mechanism
Customers benefit from the Campaign by purchasing products included in the Campaign selection during the Campaign period.
No discount code is required.
Discounts of up to 20% apply to selected products included in the Campaign selection.
The promotional prices are automatically displayed and applied on the product page and in the cart, where applicable.
- Combination with Other Campaigns
The Campaign may be combined with other promotions available on www.dianmardecor.com during the same period, where applicable, depending on the commercial conditions of each promotion.
- Stock, Availability, Pricing, Currency, and Shipping
The Campaign runs within the limits of available stock.
Some products or variants may become unavailable during the Campaign; availability is shown on the product pages.
Prices displayed on the website are final retail prices and include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The applicable currency is the one displayed at checkout.
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Shipping is free for orders over 250 RON only for deliveries within Romania. For all other destinations, as well as for orders below this threshold in Romania, shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout according to the applicable delivery address and order value.
- Returns, Withdrawal, and Refunds
Returns and withdrawal rights are governed by the Organizer’s Return Policy and applicable Romanian and EU consumer protection legislation for distance contracts, as published on www.dianmardecor.com.
Refunds are calculated based on the amount actually paid after all applied discounts and campaigns.
- Data Protection (GDPR)
Personal data processing during the Campaign is carried out in accordance with applicable legislation and the Organizer’s Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, available on www.dianmardecor.com.
The Organizer processes only the data necessary for order processing, delivery, invoicing, and proper execution of the Campaign.
- Liability
The Organizer is not responsible for temporary unavailability or technical issues of the website or checkout system, delays or failures caused by third parties, including payment processors and couriers, stock depletion during the Campaign, or the inclusion or exclusion of products from the Campaign selection during the Campaign period, subject to stock and commercial availability.
- Right to Modify / Terminate
The Organizer reserves the right to modify these Official Rules or terminate the Campaign, with notice published on www.dianmardecor.com, without affecting rights already acquired by customers whose orders have been confirmed during the Campaign period.
- Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These Official Rules are governed by Romanian law.
Any disputes will be resolved amicably where possible; otherwise, they will be settled by the competent Romanian courts.
- Availability of Rules
These Official Rules are available free of charge on www.dianmardecor.com throughout the Campaign period.
