2. Duration

The Campaign runs from:
14 February 2026, 11:00 until 15 February 2026, 12:30 PM (Romanian time).

3. Campaign Territory

The Campaign applies exclusively to purchases made on:
www.dianmardecor.com

The Campaign is available to customers in Romania and internationally, subject to delivery availability and shipping terms displayed on the website.

4. Eligible Participants

The Campaign is available to all customers (natural persons and legal entities) who place an order on www.dianmardecor.com during the Campaign period and comply with these Official Rules.

The Organizer may refuse participation in the Campaign in cases of proven fraud, abuse, or attempts to circumvent the Campaign mechanism.

5. Eligible Products

The Campaign applies to all products available on www.dianmardecor.com during the Campaign period.

6. Campaign Mechanism

To benefit from the Campaign, customers must:

  1. Add any eligible products to the cart;

  2. Enter the discount code VDAY2026 at checkout (in the discount / promo code field);

  3. Apply/validate the code before completing the order.

Discount value: 15% off the eligible products’ price.
The discount is applied only after the code is successfully validated in the checkout flow.

7. Combination with Other Discounts / Campaigns (100% cumulative)

The Campaign discount is 100% cumulative and can be combined with any other discounts/campaigns available on www.dianmardecor.com during the Campaign period.

8. Stock, Availability, Pricing, Currency, and Shipping

  • The Campaign runs within the limits of available stock.

  • Some products/variants may become unavailable during the Campaign; availability is shown on product pages.

  • Prices displayed on the website are final retail prices and include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • The applicable currency is the one displayed at checkout.

  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Shipping is free for orders over 250 RON; for orders below 250 RON, shipping costs apply according to the rates shown on the website/checkout.

9. Returns, Withdrawal, and Refunds

Returns and withdrawal rights follow the Organizer’s Return Policy and applicable Romanian/EU consumer protection law (for distance contracts), as published on www.dianmardecor.com.

Refunds are calculated based on the amount actually paid after all applied discounts/campaigns.

10. Data Protection (GDPR)

Personal data processing during the Campaign is carried out in accordance with applicable legislation and the Organizer’s Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, available on www.dianmardecor.com.

The Organizer processes only the data necessary for order processing, delivery, invoicing, and proper execution of the Campaign.

11. Liability

The Organizer is not responsible for:

  • temporary unavailability or technical issues of the website or checkout system;

  • delays or failures caused by third parties (payment processors, couriers, etc.);

  • failure to apply the discount code due to user error;

  • stock depletion during the Campaign.

12. Right to Modify / Terminate

The Organizer reserves the right to modify these Official Rules or terminate the Campaign, with notice posted on www.dianmardecor.com, without affecting rights already acquired by customers whose orders have been confirmed during the Campaign period.

13. Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Official Rules are governed by Romanian law.
Any disputes will be resolved amicably where possible; otherwise, they will be settled by the competent Romanian courts.

14. Availability of Rules

These Official Rules are available free of charge on www.dianmardecor.com throughout the Campaign period.
