Delivery is carried out by the Sameday company for Bulgaria and Hungary and DHL for all other countries.
All products sold on www.dianmardecor.com are in stock and can be delivered within approximately 1-8 business days from the order placement, depending on the country.

As soon as the AWB (tracking number) is generated, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can track your order in real time until it arrives.
Please note that any delays caused by the courier company cannot be attributed to Dianmar Decor SRL.

Return
You have 30 days to return the product, provided it is in perfect condition, free from any signs of use, and carefully packed in its original packaging. This way, we ensure you a simple and hassle-free experience!

* Payment by bank transfer must be completed within a maximum of 5 business days from the order placement. Otherwise, the order will be automatically canceled.

Assembly and stability

⚠ Do not climb on the furniture and do not use it as a ladder.
⚠ Do not exceed the load capacity (if specified). Distribute weight evenly.
✔ Keep children away from small parts (screws, wall plugs) during assembly.

Maintenance

✔ Clean with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth.
⚠ Avoid abrasive cleaners and prolonged contact with water/moisture.
✔ Keep away from direct heat sources (radiators) and strong sunlight to prevent warping/discoloration.

Packaging and disposal

✔ Keep packaging materials away from children.
✔ Dispose of packaging according to local recycling regulations.
