Delivery

✔ Within Romania

Delivery is provided by Fan Courier, either directly to your address or to a Fan Box locker.
Delivery is FREE for all orders over RON 250.
For orders under RON 250, shipping costs are:

✔ RON 19.99 for home delivery
✔ RON 15.99 for delivery to Fan Box

This product is in stock and can be delivered within approximately 1–5 business days of placing your order.
As soon as the AWB (tracking number) is generated, you will receive an email with your parcel’s tracking number so you can track your order in real time until it arrives.
Please note that any delays caused by the courier company cannot be attributed to Dianmar Decor SRL.

✔ International Delivery

Products held in Dianmar Decor’s stock are shipped via Sameday to Bulgaria and Hungary, and via DHL or DPD to all other countries.
Products held in Dianmar Decor’s stock and sold on www.dianmardecor.com can be delivered within approximately 1–8 business days of order confirmation, depending on the destination country.
As soon as the AWB (tracking number) is generated, you will receive an email with it so you can track your order in real time until it arrives.
Please note that any delays caused by the courier company cannot be attributed to Dianmar Decor SRL.

✔ How can you choose delivery to Fan Box?
Delivery to Fan Box can be selected in two ways:

✔From the “View Cart” page
Before completing your order, you can choose your preferred delivery method on the “View Cart” page: home delivery or delivery to a Fan Box locker. After selecting the Fan Box option, you will be able to choose your preferred locker.

✔After placing your order
If you select “Checkout” directly, enter your delivery address and place your order. Once your order has been placed, you will be able to select the Fan Box locker where you would like your parcel delivered on the “Thank you for your order” page.

Returns

You have 30 days to return the product, provided it is in perfect condition, shows no signs of use, and is carefully packed in its original packaging.
Returns are free, so you can enjoy a simple, worry-free experience.
*Payment by bank transfer must be completed within 5 business days of placing your order. Otherwise, your order will be cancelled automatically.

Use

✔ Suitable for everyday kitchen and table use.

✔ For grater bowls and plates, grate ingredients gently on the ceramic surface using normal hand pressure.
✔ Ceramic grater products can be used for preparing sauces, dressings, marinades, compotes, citrus zest or small aromatic preparations.
⚠ Do not use excessive force on grater surfaces.
⚠ Do not use ceramic products to cut, crush hard objects or perform tasks outside normal kitchen use.
⚠ Do not pour boiling liquid into a cold ceramic item.

Care & maintenance

✔ Dishwasher safe according to product specifications.
✔ For best long-term appearance, hand washing is recommended.
✔ Clean with mild detergent and a soft sponge or cloth.
✔ Dry thoroughly after cleaning.
✔ Store in a dry, safe environment.
⚠ Do not use abrasive sponges, metal scrubbers or aggressive cleaning agents.
⚠ Avoid impacts between stacked ceramic items.
✔ Handmade items may show slight variations in colour, glaze, texture or brushstroke; these are normal features of artisanal production.
