Delivery

Delivery is carried out by DPD for packages under 30 kg and EUROEXPRESS for packages above 30 kg.
This product sold on www.dianmardecor.com is in the supplier’s stock and will be delivered from Italy within approximately 1 - 8 business days from the order placement for packages delivered by DPD and up to 15 days for packages delivered by EUROEXPRESS.

As soon as the AWB (tracking number) is generated, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can track your order in real time until it arrives.
Please note that any delays caused by the courier company cannot be attributed to Dianmar Decor SRL.

Return

You have 30 days to return the product, provided it is in perfect condition, free from any signs of use, and carefully packed in its original packaging. The return will be collected by Sameday or Fan Courier, and you will receive all return instructions and details by email.

Safety and Warnings

⚠ This is not a toy. Do not allow children to play on or near the product without supervision.

⚠ Do not stand or jump on the bench and do not use it as a ladder.

⚠ Protect the product from water, excessive moisture and weather conditions.

Use

✔ Use the product only as an indoor bench or decorative seating item.
✔ Place the product in a dry and well ventilated indoor space.
⚠ Do not drag the bench across the floor. Lift and carry it while firmly supporting its structure.
⚠ Do not use the bench for storage unless it has a compartment specifically designed for this purpose.

Care and Maintenance

✔ Regularly remove dust from the upholstery using a soft brush or a vacuum cleaner at low power.
✔ Clean the structure with a soft, dry or very slightly damp cloth.
⚠ Blot spilled liquids immediately without excessive rubbing.
⚠ Do not use bleach, solvents, abrasive sponges or aggressive chemicals.
✔ Allow the product to dry completely after cleaning.
⚠ Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to reduce fading of the textile material.

Packaging and Disposal

✔ Dispose of the packaging according to local collection and recycling regulations.
✔ At the end of its service life, dispose of the product according to local regulations applicable to furniture, textiles, MDF and plastic components.
