Delivery
Delivery is carried out by the Sameday company for Bulgaria and Hungary and DHL for all other countries.
All products sold on www.dianmardecor.com are in stock and can be delivered within approximately 1-8 business days from the order placement, depending on the country.

As soon as the AWB (tracking number) is generated, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can track your order in real time until it arrives.
Please note that any delays caused by the courier company cannot be attributed to Dianmar Decor SRL.

Return
You have 30 days to return the product, provided it is in perfect condition, free from any signs of use, and carefully packed in its original packaging. This way, we ensure you a simple and hassle-free experience!

* Payment by bank transfer must be completed within a maximum of 5 business days from the order placement. Otherwise, the order will be automatically canceled.

Use

✔ For indoor use only.
✔ Use the bookcase only for storage and organisation (books, decorative items).

Assembly and stability

⚠ Assemble according to the instructions. Two people are recommended for handling and assembly (bulky / heavy item).
✔ Place the bookcase on a flat and stable surface.
⚠ For safety, wall fixing (anti-tip) is recommended, especially in homes with children or pets.
✔ Periodically check stability and tighten screws if needed.

Safe use

⚠ Do not climb on the bookcase and do not use it as a step or ladder.
⚠ Do not lean on shelves/doors and do not force the doors open.
✔ Distribute weight evenly across the shelves and avoid overloading.
✔ Place heavier items on the lower shelves for better stability.

Maintenance and cleaning

✔ Clean with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth.
⚠ Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or rough sponges.
✔ Avoid prolonged contact with water/humidity and wipe spills immediately.
✔ Keep away from direct heat sources and strong sunlight to prevent warping or discoloration.

Packaging and disposal

✔ Keep packaging materials and small assembly parts (screws, wall plugs) away from children.
✔ Dispose of packaging according to local recycling regulations.
