* Payment by bank transfer must be completed within a maximum of 5 business days from the order placement. Otherwise, the order will be automatically canceled.

Delivery

Delivery is carried out by DPD for packages under 30 kg and EUROEXPRESS for packages above 30 kg.
This product sold on www.dianmardecor.com is in the supplier’s stock and will be delivered from Italy within approximately 1 - 8 business days from the order placement for packages delivered by DPD and up to 15 days for packages delivered by EUROEXPRESS.
As soon as the AWB (tracking number) is generated, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can track your order in real time until it arrives.
Please note that any delays caused by the courier company cannot be attributed to Dianmar Decor SRL.

Return

You have 30 days to return the product, provided it is in perfect condition, free from any signs of use, and carefully packed in its original packaging. The return will be collected by Sameday or Fan Courier, and you will receive all return instructions and details by email.
This way, we ensure you a simple and hassle-free experience!

⚠ Do not use the product as a seat, ladder or platform.
⚠ Do not exceed the maximum load specified by the manufacturer, where provided.
⚠ Do not place excessively heavy or very hot objects on the surface.

Use

✔ Use protective mats under hot, hard or wet objects.
⚠ Do not slam or drop objects onto the mirrored surface.
⚠ Before moving, remove all objects and lift the product by supporting its metal structure.
⚠ Do not drag the product or lift it by the top.

Care and Maintenance

✔ Clean the mirror using a soft cloth and suitable solution applied to the cloth.
✔ Clean the metal and MDF using a soft, dry or very slightly damp cloth.
⚠ Do not allow liquids to enter the MDF or joints.
⚠ Do not use abrasive sponges, solvents or aggressive chemicals.
✔ Periodically check the structure, top and fixing elements.

Packaging and Disposal

✔ Dispose of the packaging separately according to local rules.
⚠ If broken, wear gloves and collect the fragments carefully.
✔ Dispose of the product according to local regulations applicable to metal, MDF and glass.
