Delivery

✔ Within Romania

Delivery is provided by Fan Courier, either directly to your address or to a Fan Box locker.
Delivery is FREE for all orders over RON 250.
For orders under RON 250, shipping costs are:

✔ RON 19.99 for home delivery
✔ RON 15.99 for delivery to Fan Box

This product is in stock and can be delivered within approximately 1–5 business days of placing your order.
As soon as the AWB (tracking number) is generated, you will receive an email with your parcel’s tracking number so you can track your order in real time until it arrives.
Please note that any delays caused by the courier company cannot be attributed to Dianmar Decor SRL.

✔ International Delivery

Products held in Dianmar Decor’s stock are shipped via Sameday to Bulgaria and Hungary, and via DHL or DPD to all other countries.
Products held in Dianmar Decor’s stock and sold on www.dianmardecor.com can be delivered within approximately 1–8 business days of order confirmation, depending on the destination country.
As soon as the AWB (tracking number) is generated, you will receive an email with it so you can track your order in real time until it arrives.
Please note that any delays caused by the courier company cannot be attributed to Dianmar Decor SRL.

✔ How can you choose delivery to Fan Box?
Delivery to Fan Box can be selected in two ways:

✔From the “View Cart” page
Before completing your order, you can choose your preferred delivery method on the “View Cart” page: home delivery or delivery to a Fan Box locker. After selecting the Fan Box option, you will be able to choose your preferred locker.

✔After placing your order
If you select “Checkout” directly, enter your delivery address and place your order. Once your order has been placed, you will be able to select the Fan Box locker where you would like your parcel delivered on the “Thank you for your order” page.

Returns

You have 30 days to return the product, provided it is in perfect condition, shows no signs of use, and is carefully packed in its original packaging.
Returns are free, so you can enjoy a simple, worry-free experience.
*Payment by bank transfer must be completed within 5 business days of placing your order. Otherwise, your order will be cancelled automatically.

Safety & warnings

⚠ This is not a toy. Keep out of reach of young children.
✔ Use the lid only for its intended purpose.
⚠ Do not use if cut, torn, deformed or otherwise damaged.
⚠ Avoid contact with sharp objects, knives and surfaces that could puncture or cut the silicone.
⚠ Do not expose to open flames, stovetops or direct heat sources.
⚠ Do not use in an oven, microwave or freezer unless compatibility is explicitly confirmed in the manufacturer’s instructions.
⚠ Heat resistance does not mean the product is suitable for all temperatures. Follow the limits specified by the manufacturer.
⚠ Do not use the lid to lift or carry the container. Always support the container from underneath.
⚠ Do not assume the closure is leakproof. Keep the container upright to prevent spills.

Use

✔ Wash before first use and after each use.
✔ Choose the correct size for the container and check that the lid fits properly.
✔ Fit the lid over a clean container rim without overstretching it.
✔ Place the container on a flat, stable surface before fitting or removing the lid.
⚠ Do not force the lid onto containers with incompatible dimensions or shapes.
⚠ Take care when removing the lid from a container holding warm food, as hot steam may escape.
✔ Covering food does not replace refrigeration or the appropriate storage conditions for that food.

Care & maintenance

✔ Dishwasher safe, according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
✔ For hand washing, use warm water, mild detergent and a soft sponge or cloth.
✔ Rinse thoroughly and allow to dry completely before storage.
✔ Store in a clean, dry place away from direct heat sources.
⚠ Do not use abrasive sponges, metal brushes, solvents or aggressive cleaning agents.
⚠ Avoid overstretching and storing in contact with sharp objects.
✔ Check the product regularly and replace it if damaged.

Packaging & disposal

✔ Recycle packaging where the materials and local collection facilities allow.
✔ Dispose of packaging according to local recycling regulations.
✔ Dispose of the silicone lid according to local waste regulations; check whether specialist collection facilities accept silicone.
⚠ Do not place the product in plastic recycling bins unless the local operator explicitly accepts silicone.
⚠ Do not discard in the environment or burn.
