Delivery

Delivery is carried out by DPD for packages under 30 kg and EUROEXPRESS for packages above 30 kg.
This product sold on www.dianmardecor.com is in the supplier’s stock and will be delivered from Italy within approximately 1 - 8 business days from the order placement for packages delivered by DPD and up to 15 days for packages delivered by EUROEXPRESS.

As soon as the AWB (tracking number) is generated, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can track your order in real time until it arrives.
Please note that any delays caused by the courier company cannot be attributed to Dianmar Decor SRL.

Return

You have 30 days to return the product, provided it is in perfect condition, free from any signs of use, and carefully packed in its original packaging. The return will be collected by Sameday or Fan Courier, and you will receive all return instructions and details by email.

✔ Place the bench only on a stable, level and flat surface.
⚠ Do not allow children or pets to enter the storage compartment. Entrapment and suffocation hazards may occur.
⚠ Protect hands and fingers when opening and closing the lid.
⚠ Do not sit on the product while the lid is open.
⚠ Do not stand or jump on the bench and do not use it as a ladder.
⚠ Do not use the product if the structure, lid, hinges, upholstery or fasteners are damaged.
⚠ Do not store wet, hot, flammable, sharp or very heavy objects.
⚠ Keep away from flames, cigarettes, candles and direct heat sources.

Use

✔ Use the product only as an indoor bench and as storage for lightweight, dry items.
✔ Distribute the stored weight evenly inside the compartment.
✔ Close the lid completely and carefully after each use.
⚠ Do not move the bench while the compartment is loaded.
⚠ Do not drag the product across the floor.

Care and Maintenance

✔ Remove dust from the upholstery with a soft brush or a vacuum cleaner at low power.
✔ Clean the surfaces with a soft, dry or very slightly damp cloth.
⚠ Blot spilled liquids immediately and allow the product to dry completely.
⚠ Do not use bleach, solvents, abrasive products or aggressive chemicals.
✔ Periodically inspect the lid, hinges and structural stability.
⚠ Avoid moisture and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.

Packaging and Disposal

✔ Dispose of the packaging according to local recycling regulations.
✔ Dispose of the product according to local regulations applicable to furniture, MDF, textiles, foam and mechanical components.
