Gifth Month campaign official rules

1. Organizer

The promotional campaign “Gift Month – Free Mattress Protector” (the “Campaign”) is organized by DIANMAR DECOR SRL, headquartered at:

hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer.”

2. Duration

The Campaign runs from
04.12 at 08:00 AM until 31.12 at 11:59 PM (Romanian time).

The Organizer reserves the right to modify or end the Campaign earlier, with prior notice published on www.dianmardecor.com.

3. Campaign Territory

The Campaign applies exclusively to:
www.dianmardecor.com

The Campaign is available to customers in Romania and worldwide.

4. Eligible Products

The Campaign applies to purchases of the following categories:

  • Bedlinen sets

  • Bedspreads

  • Duvets

An annex containing the full list of eligible products can be found at the end of this document.

5. Free Product Offered

Customers receive a free waterproof, hypoallergenic and antibacterial Class Home Collection Mattress Protector, available in:

90x200 cm • 120x200 cm • 140x200 cm • 160x200 cm • 180x200 cm • 200x200 cm

Total promotional stock: 600 units, distributed across sizes.

6. Campaign Mechanism

To receive the free product, customers must:

  1. Add an eligible product (bedlinen set, bedspread, or duvet) to the cart;

  2. Add the desired mattress protector size to the cart;

  3. The discount is applied automatically, and the product appears as “FREE PROTECTOR” with a crossed-out price.

Limitations:

  • Maximum 4 free pieces per order;

  • Any additional mattress protectors beyond the 4 free ones will be charged;

  • No limit on the number of orders per customer.

7. Exclusions & Combination with Other Discounts

  • The Campaign can be combined with other discounts available on the website.

  • It applies only to the product categories specified above.

  • It is exclusive to the dianmardecor.com website.

8. Returns

For returns:

  • Customers must return the free product together with the purchased items to receive a refund.

  • If the free item is not returned, the Organizer will retain its commercial value corresponding to the selected size.

  • Returns follow the Return Policy available on the website.

9. Data Protection (GDPR)

Personal data processing during the Campaign is carried out in accordance with applicable legislation and with the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions available at www.dianmardecor.com.

The Organizer does not process any personal data beyond what is specified in these documents and processes only the data necessary for the proper execution of the Campaign.

10. Liability

The Organizer is not responsible for:

  • technical issues of the website;

  • order processing difficulties beyond the Organizer’s control;

  • depletion of promotional stock (the Campaign runs within stock limits).

11. Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Official Rules are governed by Romanian law.
Disputes will be resolved amicably, and if not possible, by the competent Romanian courts.

12. Right to Modify

The Organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate the Campaign without affecting rights already acquired by customers.
Any changes will be announced on www.dianmardecor.com.

13. Limited Stock

The Campaign is carried out within the limits of available stock and may end earlier if stock is exhausted.

14. Availability of Rules

These Official Rules are available free of charge on www.dianmardecor.com throughout the entire duration of the Campaign.
