Delivery

Delivery is carried out by DPD for packages under 30 kg and EUROEXPRESS for packages above 30 kg.
This product sold on www.dianmardecor.com is in the supplier’s stock and will be delivered from Italy within approximately 1 - 8 business days from the order placement for packages delivered by DPD and up to 15 days for packages delivered by EUROEXPRESS.

As soon as the AWB (tracking number) is generated, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can track your order in real time until it arrives.
Please note that any delays caused by the courier company cannot be attributed to Dianmar Decor SRL.

Return

You have 30 days to return the product, provided it is in perfect condition, free from any signs of use, and carefully packed in its original packaging. The return will be collected by Sameday or Fan Courier, and you will receive all return instructions and details by email.

✔ Place the armchair on a stable, level and even surface.
✔ Check the stability of the base, frame and cushion before use.
⚠ Do not use the product if its base, frame, backrest, seat or fixing elements are loose or damaged.
⚠ Do not stand, jump or sit on the backrest.
⚠ Sit centrally and avoid loading the edge of the seat.
⚠ Do not exceed the maximum load specified by the manufacturer, where provided.
⚠ Keep away from open flames, cigarettes, candles and direct heat sources.
⚠ Protect from water, excessive humidity and outdoor use.
⚠ Bulky product - handle carefully, preferably with assistance from another person.

Use

✔ When moving it, lift the product while supporting its base and lower frame.

Care and Maintenance

✔ Remove dust from the upholstery and cushion using a soft brush or vacuum cleaner at low power.
⚠ Blot spilled liquids immediately without rubbing.
⚠ Do not soak the upholstery or allow liquids to enter the MDF.
⚠ Do not use bleach, solvents or aggressive chemicals.
✔ Periodically check the base, frame and fixing elements.
⚠ Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.

Packaging and Disposal

✔ Dispose of the packaging separately according to local rules.
✔ Dispose of the product according to local regulations applicable to furniture, wood, MDF, foam and textiles.
