Delivery
Delivery is carried out via Fan Courier, either directly to your home or to a Fan Box pickup point.
Delivery is FREE for all orders over 250 RON.
For orders under 250 RON, the shipping cost is:

✔ 19.99 RON for home delivery

✔ 15.99 RON for Fan Box delivery
This product is in stock and can be delivered in approximately 1 to 5 working days from placing the order.
As soon as the AWB is generated, you will receive an email with the parcel tracking number, so you can see in real time where your order is, up until delivery.
Please note that any delays caused by the courier company cannot be attributed to Dianmar Decor SRL.
✔ How can you choose Fan Box delivery?
Fan Box delivery can be selected in two ways:

From the "View Cart" page

Before completing the order, on the "View Cart" page, you can choose your preferred delivery method: home delivery or delivery to a Fan Box pickup point. After selecting the Fan Box option, you'll be able to choose the desired locker.
After completing the order

If you go directly to "Checkout," you'll enter your delivery address and place the order. After completing the order, on the "Thank you for your order" page, you'll be able to select the Fan Box locker where you'd like the parcel delivered.

Return
You have 30 days to return the product, provided that it is in perfect condition, with no signs of use, and carefully packed in its original packaging.
The return is free of charge, so you can enjoy a simple and worry-free experience.
*Payment by bank transfer must be completed within a maximum of 5 working days from placing the order. Otherwise, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Care & maintenance

✔ Dishwasher safe according to product specifications.
✔ Top-rack dishwasher cleaning recommended.

✔ Allow to dry completely between uses.
✔ To disinfect, boil in water for 1–2 minutes or microwave wet for 1 minute, according to the product instructions.
