Payment by bank transfer must be completed within a maximum of 5 business days from the order placement. Otherwise, the order will be automatically canceled.

Delivery

Delivery is carried out mainly by DPD. However, depending on availability and the delivery area, the supplier may use a different courier company.

This product sold on www.dianmardecor.com is in the supplier's stock and will be delivered from France within approximately 4–10 business days from the order placement.

As soon as the AWB (tracking number) is generated, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can track your order in real time until it arrives.

Please note that for this product, delivery to lockers is not available.

Return

You have 30 days to return the product, provided it is in perfect condition, free from any signs of use, and carefully packed in its original packaging. The return is completely FREE and will be collected by Sameday or Fan Courier, and you will receive all return instructions and details by email.

Safety and warnings

⚠ Use under adult supervision when children are on the rug.
⚠ Slipping hazard — use a non-slip underlay on smooth floors.
⚠ Tripping hazard — keep edges flat on the floor.
⚠ Keep small detachable parts (tassels, decorative appliqués) away from babies — choking/swallowing risk. Check their integrity regularly.
⚠ Keep away from open flames and direct heat sources.
✔ Regularly check the rug's condition; do not use it if there are loose threads or weakened components.

Use

✔ Lay the rug fully flat on a clean, level surface.
✔ On first use, air the product to dissipate the new-product odour.
⚠ Initial shedding in natural materials is normal and decreases over time.

Care and maintenance

✔ Follow each product's label (machine washable 30°C / spot cleaning / professional cleaning, as applicable).
✔ Vacuum regularly and gently.
⚠ Do not use bleach or aggressive cleaning agents.
✔ Dry completely after cleaning; avoid prolonged moisture.

Packaging and disposal

✔ Recyclable packaging where applicable.
⚠ Remove plastic films from packaging before letting a child near the product — suffocation risk.
✔ Dispose of product and packaging according to local regulations.
