Delivery
Delivery is carried out by the Sameday company for Bulgaria and Hungary and DHL for all other countries.
All products sold on www.dianmardecor.com are in stock and can be delivered within approximately 1-8 business days from the order placement, depending on the country.

As soon as the AWB (tracking number) is generated, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can track your order in real time until it arrives.
Please note that any delays caused by the courier company cannot be attributed to Dianmar Decor SRL.

Return
You have 30 days to return the product, provided it is in perfect condition, free from any signs of use, and carefully packed in its original packaging. This way, we ensure you a simple and hassle-free experience!

* Payment by bank transfer must be completed within a maximum of 5 business days from the order placement. Otherwise, the order will be automatically canceled.

Use

✔ For indoor use only.
✔ Use the product only for its intended purpose (support/storage).

Assembly and stability

⚠ Assemble according to the instructions. Two people are recommended for handling and assembly (includes glass parts).
✔ Place the product on a flat and stable surface.
✔ Periodically check stability and tighten screws if needed.

Glass – important warnings

⚠ Glass parts may cause injury if broken. Handle with care.
⚠ Avoid impacts, knocks, and excessive pressure on the glass surface.
⚠ Do not place hot items directly on the glass (use a heat-resistant coaster/mat).
✔ Do not use the product if the glass is cracked, chipped, or unstable.

Maximum load

⚠ Do not exceed the maximum load capacity: max. 15 kg.
✔ Distribute weight evenly and avoid point loading.
✔ Place heavier items on the lower level/base (if applicable) for better stability.

Safe use

⚠ Do not climb on the product and do not use it as a step or ladder.
✔ Do not leave children unsupervised around the product (risk of impact / glass breakage).
✔ Keep small assembly parts (screws, wall plugs) away from children.

Maintenance and cleaning

✔ Clean the frame with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth.
✔ Clean the glass with dedicated glass cleaner and a soft cloth.
⚠ Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or rough sponges.
✔ Wipe spills immediately.

Packaging and disposal

✔ Keep packaging materials away from children.
✔ Dispose of packaging according to local recycling regulations.
✔ If the glass is damaged, dispose of components safely according to local regulations (glass/bulky waste).
