Delivery

✔ Within Romania

Delivery is provided by Fan Courier, either directly to your address or to a Fan Box locker.
Delivery is FREE for all orders over RON 250.
For orders under RON 250, shipping costs are:

✔ RON 19.99 for home delivery
✔ RON 15.99 for delivery to Fan Box

This product is in stock and can be delivered within approximately 1–5 business days of placing your order.
As soon as the AWB (tracking number) is generated, you will receive an email with your parcel’s tracking number so you can track your order in real time until it arrives.
Please note that any delays caused by the courier company cannot be attributed to Dianmar Decor SRL.

✔ International Delivery

Products held in Dianmar Decor’s stock are shipped via Sameday to Bulgaria and Hungary, and via DHL or DPD to all other countries.
Products held in Dianmar Decor’s stock and sold on www.dianmardecor.com can be delivered within approximately 1–8 business days of order confirmation, depending on the destination country.
As soon as the AWB (tracking number) is generated, you will receive an email with it so you can track your order in real time until it arrives.

✔ How can you choose delivery to Fan Box?
Delivery to Fan Box can be selected in two ways:

✔From the “View Cart” page
Before completing your order, you can choose your preferred delivery method on the “View Cart” page: home delivery or delivery to a Fan Box locker. After selecting the Fan Box option, you will be able to choose your preferred locker.

✔After placing your order
If you select “Checkout” directly, enter your delivery address and place your order. Once your order has been placed, you will be able to select the Fan Box locker where you would like your parcel delivered on the “Thank you for your order” page.

Returns

You have 30 days to return the product, provided it is in perfect condition, shows no signs of use, and is carefully packed in its original packaging.
Returns are free, so you can enjoy a simple, worry-free experience.
*Payment by bank transfer must be completed within 5 business days of placing your order. Otherwise, your order will be cancelled automatically.

Safety & warnings

⚠ This product is not a toy. Do not allow children to jump, climb or play on or inside the furniture.
⚠ Keep away from flames, lit cigarettes and strong heat sources.
⚠ Do not use the product if its structure, joints, legs or mechanisms are damaged.
✔ Follow the assembly and use instructions supplied with the product.
✔ Place the furniture on a flat, stable, load-bearing surface.
⚠ Do not exceed the maximum load stated for the variant and distribute weight evenly.
⚠ Do not stand on the furniture or use armrests, the backrest or headboard as seats.
⚠ Do not climb on the furniture. Install anti-tip devices if specified by the manufacturer, using fixings appropriate to the wall.

Use

✔ Check the condition of the product and the stability of its components periodically.
✔ Assemble all components before use and check that connections are secure.
✔ Move the furniture by lifting its load-bearing frame with enough people; do not drag it or lift it by cushions, armrests or mechanisms.

Care & maintenance

✔ Follow the material’s care label and instructions. Test cleaning products in a hidden area.
✔ Blot spills promptly without vigorous rubbing. Avoid soaking materials.
⚠ Do not use bleach, solvents, abrasives or steam cleaning unless authorised by the manufacturer.
✔ Protect the product from excessive moisture and prolonged sunlight.
✔ Wipe wood with a soft, slightly damp cloth, then dry. Use protection beneath hot or wet objects.

Packaging & disposal

⚠ Keep packaging bags and film away from children; suffocation hazard.
✔ Separate packaging materials and dispose of them according to local collection rules.
✔ Dispose of furniture and textile, wood, metal, plastic or foam components according to local bulky-waste and recycling rules.
⚠ Do not burn the product or discard it in the environment.
