Livrare

Livrarea este efectuată prin DPD pentru colete sub 30 kg și EUROEXPRESS pentru colete peste 30 kg.
Acest produs vândut pe www.dianmardecor.com
se află în stocul furnizorului și se va livra din Italia în aproximativ 1–8 zile lucrătoare de la plasarea comenzii pentru coletele livrate prin DPD și în maximum 15 zile pentru coletele livrate prin EUROEXPRESS.
De îndată ce AWB-ul (numărul de urmărire) este generat, vei primi un email cu numărul de tracking, astfel încât să îți poți urmări comanda în timp real până la livrare.
Te rugăm să reții că eventualele întârzieri cauzate de compania de curierat nu pot fi atribuite Dianmar Decor SRL.

Retur

Ai la dispoziție 30 de zile pentru a returna produsul, cu condiția ca acesta să fie în stare perfectă, fără semne de utilizare și ambalat cu grijă în ambalajul original. Returul va fi ridicat de către Sameday sau Fan Courier, iar toate detaliile și instrucțiunile legate de retur îți vor fi trimise pe email.
